Add User Guide section on using object stores such as S3

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do. DataFusion supports querying S3 and other object stores, but this is not well documented.

• Update SQL CLI docs once we upgrade to Arrow 24 and pick up some bug fixes
