Cannot Deploy Agents As Red Team

I have configured ldap and its working however, when i log in as a red team user i cannot deploy agents. I can see some that i deployed as red from the blue team side but when i click on 'deploy agents' the dropdown menu is blank. I checked using dev tools and abilities is always having an et::ERR_CONNECTION. I have been using the server with the debug option but nothing comes up too.

I dont know what could have caused this. When i log into the blue team side, i have can deploy agents and see abilities.

Im using python 3.12 and have updated everything so its up to date with the requirements on the installation page.

is there a configuration i have missed?
