"match anywhere" in Dag search UI should be persisted as URL param

Description

We have the ability to search for Dags by display-name/ ID. By default, the search looks at the start of the Dag_id, and we have the option to turn on "match anywhere", to search for a pattern anywhere in the name of the Dag. However, this property is not persisted as a URL param. Therefor, when you share the filtered search results with a colleague, they do not see the same search results you see. Adding a new match-anywhere=true URL param, when that feature is toggled on, would allow there shared search results to correctly take this capability into account.

Use case/motivation

This feature will allow a user to share the filtered Dag list they see when filtering the Dags and using match-anywhere, with anyone else, since this parameter would be persisted in the URL.
