Add sorting options for unpinned Channels in the sidebar

Clear and concise description of the problem

Currently, pinned Channels can be reordered manually via drag & drop, which works well.

However, unpinned Channels appear to be displayed in Vault/Join-Date order, and there is currently no visible option to change this sorting.

For users with many Channels, this makes the unpinned section difficult to organize and scan.

Suggested solution

It would be useful to add sorting options for the unpinned Channels section, for example:

Name: A → Z Name: Z → A Join date: newest first Join date: oldest first Manual/custom order

Ideally, the selected sorting method should persist across application restarts and synchronize across devices.

Use case

I use numeric prefixes to organize my Channels:

00_InBox 10_Notes 20_Work 21_AI-Work 50_Project-Todo 70_Games 80_Apartment-Search 90_Archive

Alphabetical sorting would automatically produce the intended order without requiring every Channel to be pinned.

Current workaround

Pinning Channels allows manual reordering, but this means that all Channels that need a structured order must be pinned. The unpinned section remains ordered by Join Date.

Suggested UI

A sorting control in the Channels section:

Sort Channels ○ Join date – newest ○ Join date – oldest ○ Name A–Z ○ Name Z–A ○ Manual

This would preserve the existing manual ordering behavior for pinned Channels while making larger Channel lists much easier to manage.
