Mac OS "traffic lights" incorrect positioning

Current Behavior

The Mac window buttons are not vertically aligned with the other buttons. When the channel sidebar is collapsed, they are also too close with the other buttons.

Expected Behavior

The Mac window buttons should be vertically aligned with the other buttons. Perhaps there should also be some padding space when the channel sidebar is collapsed.

Steps To Reproduce

Open the app.

Environment

- OS: macOS 26.6.1
- Version: 0.56.4

I saw this commit that mentions "traffic light": https://github.com/anyproto/anytype-ts/commit/4435b71635df3ad3203c1d8e66aedd5ab3a55eba. Perhaps they are related?
