Option to count all "Contributed to"

"Contributed to (last year)" counts only contributions related to the last year.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option to count all contributions (from start including all years).

E.g.: &include_all_contributed=true

With the option enabled:

• the label will be "Contributed to"
• the stats of all contributions will be calculated in the rank
