Swapping of regular beta-VAE and disentangling beta-VAE

[EDIT, please ignore my initial issue] There is an error on the front page. The standard Beta-VAE config link sends the user to the Disentangling Beta-VAE config file. This is also true the other way around. The config links have been swapped.
