Jurisdiction coverage gap: Latin America

Author: Danielmc09Created Aug 8, 2026Updated Aug 15, 2026

The suite has no coverage for Latin American jurisdictions. A grep across all 151 skills returns zero mentions of Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, or LATAM. The company-profile template suggests US/UK/EU/AU/SG as jurisdiction examples and SEC/FTC/ICO/EDPB as regulators.

A founder in Colombia asking about incorporation gets advice on Delaware vs. offshore — not SAS, Cámara de Comercio, Ley 1581, or DIAN e-invoicing.

I've started a companion marketplace that keeps the method jurisdiction-neutral and moves the country-specific data into packs: https://github.com/Danielmc09/jurisdiction-latam

Currently one pack (Colombia), marked NOT VALIDATED pending review by a Colombian attorney.

Two questions:

  1. Is the pack-based approach compatible with how you'd want jurisdiction support to work here, or would you prefer contributions inline?
  2. Following the UK precedent, would a LATAM contribution be welcome?
