External Bluetooth PLAY command starts playing Inbox episode when Queue is empty

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure the Queue in AntennaPod is completely empty.
2. Ensure there is at least one unplayed episode in the Inbox.
3. Do not press "Play" in AntennaPod; leave the app in the background/idle state.
4. Connect the phone to a Bluetooth audio device that automatically transmits a PLAY signal upon connection.

Expected behaviour

AntennaPod should remain idle and silent because the Queue is empty. Incoming hardware PLAY key events should be rejected or no-op'd when there are no items queued to play.

Current behaviour

AntennaPod accepts the PLAY command and automatically starts playback using the top episode from the Inbox.
