No network: can't dismiss the refreshing podcasts notification (nor cancel update)

Steps to reproduce

1. Wait for an automatic feed update
2. Switch off the network connection
3. A "refreshing podcasts" notification will appear and stay in your notification area

Expected behaviour

1. I should be able to abort the update clicking on the "cancel" link in the notification
2. I should be able to get rid of the notification by swiping it left/right

Current behaviour

I can't do neither 1. or 2. above. Clicking or swiping have no effect.

The notification will persist until the network is available again (and the refresh operation is automatically resumed)
