[BUG]: 超出排队限制的种子无法正确显示“排队中”状态

如题，此为交互逻辑问题。

或者建议设计成获取完种子的元数据信息后再进入排队，这样倒也好。

1. 获取多个种子并开始下载
2. 超过排队数量限制的种子会显示为“获取种子中”，而非预期的“排队中”
