Windows 11 RTX 5070 Ti Driver 596.49 CUDA 13.2

Open Generative AI installs correctly.

sd.cpp installs correctly.

Models download correctly.

Switching to Local mode works.

However image generation never starts.

Running:

sd-server.exe --list-devices

returns only:

CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700K

No CUDA devices are detected.

nvidia-smi correctly detects:

RTX 5070 Ti CUDA 13.2

ComfyUI uses the GPU correctly.

Looks like the bundled stable-diffusion.cpp build cannot detect Blackwell (RTX 50 series).
