Drag and drop ordering within a column doesn't persist.

What happened?

App obviously supports drag and drop, but this only works across columns/states.

If you try and drag the cards within a column to prioritise top to bottom, the positions do not persist and the item returns to the same position as soon as the mouse is released.

Steps to reproduce

Drag bottom item to top and release mouse. item moves back to bottom.

Expected behavior

User controlled order is persisted.
