Chinese developer violating the open-source license and commercialised your project

Hi: Recently there is a new commercial product in China which claims to be able to run virtualized Android on an Android (Which is probably the most stupid idea I can imagine). http://www.vmos.com/ is their homepage.

After disassembling their apk file, we extracted this so library which leads us to your project. Is this licensed or is it just another shameless steal? so in question
