Integrate with existing monitoring tools (Nagios/Icinga/Zabbix/Prometheus), creating collector that can retrieve data from external tool

Make "monitoring tool" specific collectors, which would pull SMART data from external tools, and then display it in Scrutiny's dashboard with additional metadata.
