Allow comma in skill keywords

Problem

Atm you can't have commas in keywords as that just creates a new keyword.

It would be preferrable if this were possible specially if you use bulleted list layout for skills so you can group keywords further.

A workaround i found is to make a keyword, then edit it and then copy paste your keyword you want and append a comma in front i.e. ,foo, bar. The first comma will be removed leaving you with foo, bar

Desired outcome

Allow keywords to contain comma without creating a new keyword if using bulleted list layout
