Need custom or additional stages in Application Kanban view

Problem

Currently, the following stages are available in the Application Kanban view: Saved, Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer and Rejected.

Often, the application process doesn't flow through these stages alone. So, there needs to be an ability to add more stages as necessary.

Desired outcome

As also mentioned in issue 3234, it will be good to have additional stages (including the ability to have user-defined ones) in the application Kanban view.

At least an additional stage named "Ghosted" seems almost a requirement now to blacklist unresponsive companies and avoid wasting your time in the future.

Additional "desirable" behavior: A reminder/warning if applying again to a company previously listed as "Ghosted". While this is not essential, the warning will be useful if a few months have passed since the last application.

None (other than keeping track separately)

Proposed scope

Best option: Provide the ability to add additional stages in the application process, and also allow the sequence to be user-defined (e.g. add a stage called "take-home assignment", and insert it between "Interview" and "Offer").

Alternative: Add a stage to the application process, named "Ghosted".
