[Component] amp-facebook-comments: Plugin returns 302 Redirect and fails to render (including official examples)

Description

The amp-facebook-comments component is currently failing to render. The internal request to the Facebook Social Plugin URL returns a 302 Found status code instead of loading the comments frame. This issue is reproducible even in the official AMP documentation examples.

Reproduction Steps

Go to the official AMP Playground example: link

Open the Network tab in Browser Developer Tools.

Filter by facebook.com.

Observe that the request to https://www.facebook.com/v17.0/plugins/comments.php... returns a 302 Redirect, and the comment box remains empty or shows a height of 0px/20px.
