Add support for NestJS 11

Feature description
The https://github.com/amplication/opentelemetry-nestjs doesn't support NestJS 11 and it would be rather simple to support it. I am unsure if this repo is active as there hasn't been much activity. If pull-requests are being reviewed, I'm happy to contribute a PR
