Release files blocked by GFW

Currently, the release files linked on the download page of amnezia.org are hosted exclusively on Github. As a result, it is impossible to download the client from within China, since the GFW has partially blocked Github. It is entirely possible that Russia would do the same in the future too.

Therefore, I suggest that the release files be hosted on an alternative site (google storage for example, where the mirror of amnezia.org is hosted) in addition to Github, and a link to the alternative site be provided on amnezia.org so that it remains accessible even when Github is blocked. I hope the workflow needed for this would not be too complicated to set up.

Currently there is a sourceforge page for amnezia client with download links as well, but it is honestly unclear whether it was set up by the real dev team and whether the release files there are genuine. If the page is official, adding a link to it on amnezia.org would partly address the issue as well, as sourceforge is as of yet not blocked by GFW. However, a lower traffic host with lower risk of being blocked would be better, in my opinion.
