5.0.1.5 Split tunneling: a mode that *excludes* specific sites from the tunnel.(such as mos.ru, gosuslugi.ru, emias.info, etc.)

The split tunneling feature—specifically the mode designed to *exclude* certain sites (such as mos.ru, gosuslugi.ru, emias.info, etc.) from the tunnel—works absolutely terribly! I’ve already burned through four IP addresses. This mode hasn't worked correctly even once. Please fix this!
