Feature Request: Support for Quest's Official USB API for Wired Streaming

As of Horizon OS v2.5, Meta has introduced an official USB API ("USB connection for apps") that allows apps to use the USB port as a native network interface, bypassing ADB.ALVR's current wired mode relies on ADB port forwarding, which can be unstable and has been the root cause of many connection issues (e.g., "device re-scanning" loops, timeouts) reported by users.Implement support for this official USB API to establish a direct, native USB connection for wired streaming. This would likely improve connection stability and performance, bringing ALVR's wired experience closer to what Virtual Desktop and Steam Link have achieved.This feature has been requested by the community, as many users seek a more reliable wired solution.
