option to generate simple json report for benchmark

The feature, motivation and pitch
I would find it very helpful to be able to create a very simple json report after running benchmark.py, similar as it is possible to generate the html report with the --test_report flag. Would be sufficient if the content was just the summary that is currently printed to stdout.
