M151 beta HEVC/AV1 playback regression

System Details
- OS: NIXOS 26.11
- Thorium Version 151.0.7922.72 (AVX2)
Playback of HEVC content(in my case jellyfin) gives back just black screen, audio still there, reverting to previous beta fixes it (150.0.7871.47)
both times this has happened till now was for HEVC content, but it could be happening for more scenarios, just did not have time to debug properly yet
