(Feature) When filling a Form : give the option to Flatten PDF on save, (maybe sign, encrypt)

Feature Description

Having a checkbox on save to say 'flatten pdf' would be a great improvement once a form is filled.

Sign and encrypt (and maybe other steps I didn't think about such as conversion to PDF/A or other format) could be nice additions too.

(note : I tried to play with workflow to achieve this, but did not manage to 'open and wait for user input', would be nice maybe but that's another story)

Use Case

Usecase is as follow

• I create a Form PDF
• whenever I fill it to send it, I need to make sure the content wont be changed by the recipient, even by mistake.
• I need to at least flatten it, maybe sign it, maybe encrypt it or convert it

Today this requires lots of steps requiring to load and save the document.
