(Feature) Allow file upload to reduce menu options on home page

Feature Description

I suspect that most users are entering bentopdf with a single file to work with. If we accept this as true the current flow is:

land on homepage > find the correct feature tile > select it > upload file > execute

however if you could optionally upload the file first the find the correct feature tile step could and likely would shrink the tile count considerably making the process and QoL slicker. With no increase in clicks.

Examples:

• upload odt and the remaining list would be a couple of tiles only (plus the workflow builder which is always relevant)
• upload pdf and all file specific options disappear

It also opens the door to further QoL tweaks e.g. detect a password and make remove password the first entry etc

Just an idea. Fantastic project. The workflow builder literally just saved me half a day of my life so huge thanks.
