vim-surround & other vim-plugins

VIM motions enhancement: The most useful plugin, in my opinion, is Tim Pope's vim-surround, which is already emulated by VS code and JetBrains' IDEs.

Use Case

The limited Vim motion support is a persistent interruption to my coding experience which ultimately pushes me to look for alternatives.
