XYChart tooltip visual glitch

Hi, given the code at https://github.com/gschuager/visx-xychart-tooltip, I see that while moving the mouse pointer rapidly in and out of the chart, the tooltip (along with the chrosshairs) gets incorrectly displayed at the top of the page for one instant and then positions itself correctly.

It's very likely that I'm missing something out because I wasn't able to see this behavior in the samples, but I couldn't figure out where is the difference.
