Feature Request: Add ability to select LLM provider such as Openrouter: https://openrouter.ai/

We don't have Open AI api key subscription to use this tool for huge codebases and custom llm instructions.

Ideally, we should be able to select LLM provider with it's corresponding API key. Or just integrate specifically with open router, In this case we should be able to select the LLM to use.
