`/control/*` API responses are cached by reverse proxies, causing stale filtering rules

Action
When I am in the query log with the blocked filter applied, unblocking a blocked domain doesn't add it in the Custom filtering rules list even if it said it is added. I have 146 rules enabled.
Expected result
Domain is added.
Actual result
Domain is not added.
