Arena4Viewer app detecting AdAway and hidding content

The Arena4Viewer app (http://www.arena4viewer.in/) is blocking content based on AdAway detection. When it detects an AdBlocker it just hides all the content. I believe this issue is happening in other apps too. I think this xposed framework module (http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.sudocode.sudohide) will solve the problem as it prevents one app from detecting another, but i wanted a different approach without xposed. Is it possible? Is there a better solution? Thank you
