[Bug]: creating rules modal is not responsive - mobile

What happened?

After accepting to edit a rule when changing a payee, it's hard too:

1. See the name of a long imported payee. The names are cut off with '...' and only clicking on the bow to select the next to modify it allows me to scroll to the right to see the whole word
2. The list with matching payees has the same issue, but not workaround

How can we reproduce the issue?
