[BUG] google-auth is too old to use service account impersonation

Current Behavior

If you try to use impersonated service account, it fails with DefaultCredentialsError: The file /xxxx/.config/gcloud/application_default_credentials.json does not have a valid type. Type is impersonated_service_account, expected one of ('authorized_user', 'service_account', 'external_account').

Expected/Desired Behavior

able to authenticate with impersonated_service_account, which enabled in https://github.com/googleapis/google-auth-library-python/pull/956 (released in v2.5.0) but the version is upper bounded in https://github.com/activeloopai/deeplake/blob/1f21aa019cb4e42e15a131189fc8c6e221b75688/deeplake/requirements/common.txt#L6

Additional Context

This is not a bug but just an issue of version dependency. If there's no specific reason, i'd like to release the upper bound of the google-auth version.
