Replace the comma before “however” with a semicolon or split into two sentences to avoid a comma splice.

`pkg/timeutil/format_test.go` only exercised `FormatDuration`, leaving `FormatDurationMs` and `FormatDurationNs` — both non-trivial (rounding, zero/negative guard, minute+second composition) — covered solely by the thinner, doc-driven `spec_test.go`. The existing test also used manual comparison instead of the `testify/assert` style used elsewhere in the repo.

Superseded by main: #134208 (592253ffd10) repairs this same defect — converging the same-version additive session objects inside the `validateAfterRepair` savepoint before `assertAgentSchemaVersion` — and #134228 (a7466da1c06) extends that Doctor path. Closing as a duplicate; the pre-fix failure I reproduced matches the one recorded there, and its additive-schema plus doctor-preflight process tests cover the reported lineage.
