Bug: using Windows ink and draw with a brush that enable drawing angle causes occasional reverse brush dabs

I just encountered a weird bug that when I enable AI diffusion plugin, use Windows ink API and draw with a brush that enable drawing angle, it will cause occasional reverse brush dabs.

Disabling the plugin makes the problem no longer occur
