[Version 1.53.0] Does not connect to the local server

After the manual upgrade to Version 1.53.0 I'm stuck at "Starting Server".
Trying to connect to custom server gives "Connections refused" error so I think the server is not running.
Everything was ok with 1.52.
Edit: I even tried to reinstall server and upgrade Rocm from 7.14 to 10.0 (latest; I didn't manage to find 7.x newer .deb files for gfx1201 like I did with 7.14). Just noted that server does not start anymore even selecting "Run on CPU". Weird.
