[QUESTION] Is this project being actively maintained anymore?

I’ve noticed that it’s been a while since the last update to the main branch in this repository and there are a bunch of stale PRs without any commentaries or traction from maintainers. Therefore I’d like to ask if this project is currently abandoned or if the update passe has been consciously slowed down for some reason?
