[Bug] Accomplish

A clear description of the bug.

task failed while trying to update opencode.json. AI said it was caught in a loop and couldn't finish.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a task and ask it to update opencode.json.

Expected Behavior

An updated json file.

Actual Behavior

What actually happened? Looped until I restarted the app

Any other relevant information. I don't think this app is quite ready at this time. It might just be the linux version.
