[Bug] LM Studio - models not detected

Title: Models loaded in LM Studio are not detected / not listed

Describe the bug After successfully connecting to a running LM Studio local server, Accomplish AI does not detect or list the models currently loaded in LM Studio. The model selector remains empty or shows no available models.

To Reproduce

1. Start LM Studio and load a model (e.g. Mistral 7B, Llama 3, etc.)
2. Enable the LM Studio local server (default: http://localhost:1234)
3. In Accomplish AI, configure the LM Studio connection
4. And bugs: "No models loaded in LM Studio. Please load a model first"

I load 2 models

• LM Studio version: [0.4.12]
• Accomplish AI version: [0.5.17]
• OS: [Windows / Linux]
