Very slow after updating

Summary
I was using 1.6.9 which was good, then after updating to 1.6.12 it's very slow, status, analyze everything is so slow. so slow that it's unusable. i also tried cleaning.

it should be as speed as 1.6.9
Actual behavior
it's slow, feel like hung.
Steps to reproduce
just update from 1.6.9 to 1.6.12
