COMMANDLINE_ARGS does not contain --api, API won't be mounted.

I have a problem when launching stable diffusion, I looked at the solutions to the problem and everywhere it was said to add --api to the launch document, but the api files are still not added and the problem remains. I don't understand much about all this, if you can help, please.
