Windows: In-app update to v1.52.0 fails after download, manual download does not replace v1.50

Description: On Windows, updating from v1.50 to v1.52.0 is broken in two ways. The in-app update downloads v1.52.0 but after restart remains on v1.50. Manual download of the ZIP launches as a separate portable app instead of replacing the existing installation.
Steps to reproduce:
Have Goose v1.50 installed on Windows Trigger in-app update to v1.52.0 Let it download, then restart App still shows v1.50 - update failed Download Goose-win32-x64.zip manually Extract and run - launches as separate app, doesn't replace v1.50 Expected behavior: Update should apply after restart; manual download should replace existing install
