[Bug]: Vision not working if TTS is disabled

Describe the bug

Vision part not working, stays in loop without output, same happens when trying to stop output, when TTS is disabled.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Settings > App Settings > Text-to-speech > Off
• Select model: HunyuanOCR.BF16.
• is press + (add image)
• prompt: convert to markdown (stays in loop 4 ever without output)
• press stop (stays in loop 4 ever)

Also tested with: LightOnOCR-2-1B-Q8_0.

Environment:

• Device: Galaxy S20 FE (SM-G780G/DS)
• OS: Android 13
• App Version: 1.17.3 (last release)
• Device RAM: 6GB

Model Information (required for model/inference crashes):

• Model name: HunyuanOCR.BF16.
• Model source: HunyuanOCR-1.5-GGUF-Updated
• HuggingFace link: not needed
• Quantization: BF16
• Context length: default
