[Feat]: Categorization & Model-specific Generation Settings

First of all, thank you to all the contributors for your hard work. I absolutely love using Pocketpal - it's a fantastic app! I’d like to share two ideas (feature requests):

1. Add a chat categorization feature. Allowing users to create folders and categorize chats according to their needs would make it much easier to find specific conversations without having to scroll endlessly if there's a long list of chats.

2. Allow model-specific Generation Settings. Currently, any adjustments made to the Generation Settings apply universally to all models. However, sometimes I need to configure them separately (e.g., some huggingface gguf models are kinda stupid and require different penalty settings).
