1-bit Themes with 1-bit Color Palette

Some Versions of Microsoft Paint supported 1‑Bit Bitmaps. If editing an 1‑Bit Bitmap, the Color Palette would change to Dithering Patterns.

A great Way to pay Homage to this in JS Paint would be to add 1‑Bit Themes that also enable this 1‑Bit Color Palette:

• 1‑Bit Light
• 1‑Bit Dark

These Themes would be the "Classic" Themes adjusted to use only 2 Colors: #000000 and #ffffff.

The Winter Theme has 10 Colors that are actually striped Patterns, so i know it’s possible for a Theme to use Dither Patterns for Colors.
