Request: files and certs in namespace

When syncing newly added node to namespace all certs used in transferring sites must be manually synced, or sync will end with error.

With all configs transferred by namespace sync, it would be great to add certs and files into namespaces.

Or at least auto-transfer certs needed by synced sites.
